News this morning from ABS-CBN reported a Christmas-wrapped gift which exploded in a Taguig City household.
A wife, with her husband and child at that time, was in their household in a subdivision near The Fort in Taguig CIty. Details about the casualty can be seen from this source.
It reported that the gift exploded as it was being opened. The wife died but the husband and the child is now safe.
From the way the situation of the gift-wrapped explosion looks, this is not related to terrorism but more of perhaps personal conflicts with either acquaintances or relatives.
